Two years ago...

I had just started teaching at NOCCA, and had just finished writing The Dogs Who Found Me. I had also only recently started this blog.

Of course, everything changed. The hurricane came, I was laid off, and the end of The Dogs Who Found Me became the story of our evacuation and return.

This August things are completely different. I just started teaching at NOCCA. I recently finished writing Dogs I Have Met. And...there will be no hurricane chasing us out of town.
